HER. Foundations works from the inside out. Before you can lead others, you need to be clear on who you are as a leader: how you hold authority, use your voice, manage energy, and stay grounded under pressure. These are not soft skills. They are the foundation every high-performing leader stands on. Most people never build them deliberately. You will.
The HER. Reflection Phase
In the month before your first session, you will complete HER. Workbook. a guided deep-reflection process examining your leadership identity, values, strengths, shrinking patterns, and emotional intelligence. This is not pre-reading. It is the foundation everything else builds on. You will arrive at Session 1 knowing yourself more clearly than most leaders do after years in the role.

Establish the leadership self-concept that holds under pressure. Identify the patterns that keep you contracting. and build the internal authority to step forward instead.
Outcome: You lead from a defined identity, not from approval-seeking or self-doubt.

Misaligned values create energy leaks. Energy leaks create resentment and over-functioning. Clarify what drives you, close what drains you, and lead from alignment. not obligation.
Outcome: You operate from clarity about what you will and will not carry.

State clearly. Pause. Do not dilute it. Remove the qualifiers, hedges, and apologies that quietly signal you do not trust your own position.
Outcome: Your voice lands with the weight of someone who trusts what they are saying.

Stay grounded when others react. Hold your position without becoming defensive. or losing the warmth that makes you effective with people. Authority and warmth are not in conflict.
Outcome: You hold your ground and the relationship at the same time.

Shorten your recovery time under pressure. Understand your triggers, regulate your responses, and lead from stability. not from your nervous system.
Outcome: You remain consistent and readable under pressure. a leader people trust to stay steady.
